A little bit about me...
Ayca Sivrikoz, CCIM Candidate began her career in the energy sector,
building a strong foundation as a Petroleum Engineer before earning her Ph.D.
in Civil Engineering. Over 17 years with Shell International, she gained
extensive experience in global energy projects, operations, and
strategy—developing the analytical and problem-solving skills that continue to
shape her approach today.
Following her corporate career, Ayca expanded into entrepreneurship,
launching a marble import business and working in residential real estate
before transitioning into industrial and commercial real estate. This diverse
background provides her with a unique perspective at the intersection of
energy, infrastructure, and property development.
As part of Keys & Capital Global Group, Ayca helps clients
navigate complex commercial and industrial real estate transactions throughout
Houston and beyond. With dual citizenship in Turkey and the United States, she
brings a global outlook, data-driven strategy, and a commitment to long-term
